2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.

3. Track Your Order

  • As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
